Terms and Conditions for Blissful Moments Events & Styling

Welcome to the official terms and conditions for services provided by Blissful Moments Events & Styling. These terms outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services, including our full-service wedding planning, bespoke theme conceptualisation, venue selection, vendor coordination, décor and styling, bridal attire consultation, guest management, day-of coordination, and post-wedding services. By engaging with our services, you signify your acceptance of these terms and conditions in full. 1. Definitions

• "Company", "we", "us", "our": Refers to Blissful Moments Events & Styling, located at 80 Raffles Avenue, #02-01, Singapore, Central Region, 039801, Singapore.
• "Client", "you", "your": Refers to the person(s) or entity engaging our services.
• "Services": Refers to all wedding planning, coordination, styling, and related services offered by Blissful Moments Events & Styling.
• "Agreement": Refers to these Terms and Conditions document.

2. Service Engagement and Scope

Upon signing a service agreement or contract, the Client engages Blissful Moments Events & Styling to provide the specific services outlined therein. The scope of services will be clearly defined in an individual service proposal and contract, which shall be deemed an extension of these terms. Any changes to the service scope must be mutually agreed upon in writing.

• Full-service Wedding Planning: Comprehensive planning from concept to execution.
• Bespoke Theme Conceptualisation: Development of unique wedding themes.
• Venue Selection and Management: Assistance with choosing and coordinating venues.
• Vendor Coordination: Liaison with and management of third-party vendors (e.g., caterers, florists, photographers, videographers, entertainment).
• Décor and Styling: Design and execution of aesthetic elements.
• Bridal Gown and Attire Consultation: Advisory services for wedding attire.
• Guest Management and RSVP Tracking: Assistance with guest lists and confirmations.
• Day-of Coordination: On-site management on the wedding day.
• Post-Wedding Services: Specified services following the event.

3. Fees and Payment

All fees for our services will be detailed in the specific service proposal and contract provided to the Client. A deposit is required to secure our services, and payment schedules will be outlined. All payments shall be made in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise agreed. Failure to adhere to the agreed payment schedule may result in the suspension or termination of services.

• Payment terms, including deposit amounts and installment deadlines, will be clearly stipulated in your individual service contract.
• All quoted prices are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless otherwise stated. GST will be added where applicable.
• Late payments may incur charges as specified in your contract.

4. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to provide timely and accurate information necessary for the provision of services. This includes, but is not limited to, prompt decision-making, communication regarding preferences, budget considerations, and accessibility to relevant parties. Delays caused by the Client's failure to provide information or approvals may impact the service timeline.

• Provide all information and documentation required by us in a timely manner.
• Make decisions and provide approvals promptly to avoid delays in planning.
• Communicate any changes in preferences, budget, or circumstances immediately.
• Ensure the accuracy of all information provided to us and our vendors.

5. Vendor Relations

Blissful Moments Events & Styling acts as an intermediary or advisor in the selection and coordination of third-party vendors. While we strive to recommend reliable and reputable professionals, we are not responsible for the performance or liabilities of such third parties. Contracts with third-party vendors will be directly between the Client and the respective vendor, unless otherwise specified.

6. Cancellations and Modifications

Cancellation by the Client may result in the forfeiture of deposits and/or incur cancellation fees, as specified in the individual service contract. Any modifications to the service agreement must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.

• A detailed cancellation policy, including any applicable fees and refund schedules, will be part of your signed contract.
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances, we will work with you to find alternative solutions.

7. Limitation of Liability

Blissful Moments Events & Styling will exercise reasonable care and skill in performing its services. However, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services or any third-party services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client to Blissful Moments Events & Styling for the specific services giving rise to the liability.

8. Force Majeure

Blissful Moments Events & Styling shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in performance arising out of or caused by, directly or indirectly, forces beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, riot, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, epidemic, pandemic, or transportation delays, provided that the affected party gives prompt written notice of such cause to the other party.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

10. Intellectual Property

All designs, concepts, proposals, and other materials created by Blissful Moments Events & Styling in the course of providing services remain the intellectual property of Blissful Moments Events & Styling until full payment for the services is received. Upon full payment, the Client is granted a non-exclusive license to use the final deliverables for personal, non-commercial purposes related to the event.

11. Photography and Publicity

The Client agrees that Blissful Moments Events & Styling may use photographs and videos from the events planned for marketing and promotional purposes, including display on our online platform, social media, and portfolio, provided that the privacy and anonymity of individuals are respected where requested. The Client must inform us in writing if they do not wish for their event to be photographed or used for publicity.

12. Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions, along with the specific service proposal and contract, constitute the entire agreement between the Client and Blissful Moments Events & Styling relating to the services and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, proposals, and representations, whether written or oral.
